Demond Carter — Founder, Visionary & Cultural Pioneer
Master Instructor Demond Carter is the founder and visionary behind Purple Charlotte Steppers. For over 16 years, he has played a key role in shaping the Urban Ballroom Dance Culture (UBDC) nationwide. With the support of his wife Ini, Demond continues to inspire others by promoting health, connection, and cultural pride through the power of dance.
